1. Intellectual Property Rights:
Unless otherwise stated, VYKROS owns the intellectual property rights for all material, artwork, custom digital assets, apparel designs, and content published on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, rent, or duplicate any material from this website without express written consent.
2. Products and Availability:
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our apparel and furniture as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be completely precise.
3. Order Fulfillments, Cancellations, and Modifications:
Because our system utilizes a rapid, automated fulfillment pipeline, purchases are routed directly into production or supplier dispatch immediately after checkout.
• Cancellations: You are permitted a strict 1-hour window from the exact time of purchase to submit a formal cancellation request.
• Modifications: We do not support individual item modifications (such as sizing, color, or address updates) once a transaction is complete. If you need to make changes within your 60-minute window, you must cancel your entire order and place a new order with the corrected details.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
Fulfillment and shipping timelines are estimates and are subject to carrier handling speeds. VYKROS is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions or peak seasonal high volumes.
• Missing Shipments:
If a package is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but is missing from your property, an official local police report for mail theft is strictly required before an apparel replacement claim can be evaluated or processed.
• Furniture Freight:
Large-scale architectural furniture shipments are delivered via domestic freight carriers and require an adult signature upon delivery. VYKROS is not responsible for secondary storage fees if a customer fails to schedule a delivery window with the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
• Standard Apparel:
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Digital Assets:
All custom digital asset purchases are delivered immediately upon completion of checkout. Because of the immediate download nature of digital products, these items are final sale and completely non-refundable.
• Furniture Collections:
Due to the custom architectural nature, premium materials, and domestic freight logistics of our furniture lines, all furniture sales are strictly final sale. If a furniture shipment arrives visibly damaged or defective, we will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you immediately after procedures are finished. shipping time will be the same as ordering when receiving a replacement.
• Notice Requirement:
You must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide a short video clearly demonstrating the damage or defect.

6. Limitation of Liability:
VYKROS, its directors, officers, or employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the purchase of our products.
7. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with local e-commerce regulations, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
